These Terms govern asinassets.com and the ASIN Assets web application. By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to them. ASIN Assets is not affiliated with Amazon. Amazon and ASIN are trademarks of their respective owners.
Accounts and service scope
Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials, and notify us through the public Contact page if you suspect misuse. The service extracts normalized data and media references from public product listings, creates optional ZIP/MP4 jobs, and supports data export. It does not provide Seller Central backend keywords, review-media downloads, or a guarantee that Amazon publishes a particular asset.
Credits and charging
- A new eligible account receives 50 promotional credits once. Promotional credits have no cash value.
- A successful standard lookup costs 1 credit. A successful A+ request costs 2 credits, including when the listing returns no A+ modules after that request runs.
- An image ZIP costs 1 additional credit per ASIN actually delivered to the package. Each successfully delivered MP4 costs 1 additional credit.
- Failed lookups and failed file units cost 0. A partial package bills only delivered units and includes a manifest or error record.
- Purchased and promotional credits do not expire while the account remains available, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
Hosted checkout, refunds, and disputes
Credit purchases use the EasyParser App Store hosted checkout in USD. ASIN Assets does not collect card numbers. Credits are added only after provider confirmation. Before checkout, confirm the pack quantity and total.
Use Contact with the Billing topic to request a refund review. Refunds are provided when required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, unused purchased credits associated with that payment may be removed. Credits already consumed for delivered service are not restored unless law requires it; the balance will not be made negative solely by a reversal. Signup bonuses and unrelated credits are not part of the purchased-credit refund.
Acceptable use and content rights
Use the service only for lawful catalog, research, and listing-operations work for which you have appropriate rights. Do not bypass quotas or access controls, overload or probe the service, automate abusive volume, introduce malicious content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, resell access credentials, or imply affiliation with Amazon or ASIN Assets. You are responsible for how you use downloaded public listing content and for complying with marketplace terms and applicable law.
Files, signed links, and retention
Generated downloads are private objects made available through short-lived signed links. ZIP and MP4 files expire after 24 hours, so download them promptly and store them securely. Do not share signed URLs publicly. Detailed job output expires after 90 days; running the lookup or rebuilding files later may use credits again. File-job limits and partial-delivery behavior are shown before confirmation.
Availability and disclaimers
Public listings, provider APIs, streams, and file sources can change or become unavailable. Results reflect what was returned at processing time. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mandatory consumer warranties remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service; investigate fraud or security issues; comply with law; or address a material breach. You may request account deletion through Contact. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a non-urgent breach.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, ASIN Assets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from listing changes, provider outages, expired links, or your use of extracted content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer and data-protection law in your location continues to apply. Because the service operator’s formal jurisdiction has not been specified in a separate transaction notice, these Terms make no additional contractual choice of law or forum; applicable conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules determine them.
